Beautiful Mountain Town

Pagosa is a beautiful mountain town with an abundance of outdoor activities: skiing, fishing, hunting, hiking, and camping. It is also a major tourist area with many non resident property owners. Compared to the front range there is a lot less social activities and job opportunities but less traffic as well. Compared to the mountain towns of the I 70 corridor, it is a lot more affordable and substantially less congested. If you want more activity, Durango is 1 hour away, Farmington 2 hours, and Albuquerque 4.5
